Reservation

A provisional reservation will be held for 7 days. If we have not received written confirmation with the appropriate deposit within 7 days, we regret that your reservation will lapse.

Deposit/Balance Payment

The balance is payable not later than 8 weeks before the start date. If you holiday begins less than 8 weeks from the time of booking the full rent is payable immediately.

Please make cheques payable to S.P.Wear and send to The Wearhouse,The Valley,Porthcurno,Cornwall TR19 6JX.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation less than 8 weeks before the holiday begins, the whole rent is payable unless we succeed in re-letting. With more than 8 weeks notice, the deposit only would be forfeit.

Arrival & Departure

The holiday starts and finishes on a Friday. Tenancies commence at 3pm on the first day and terminate at 10 am on the day of departure.

Parking

There is parking for one car.

Pets

We do not allow pets.

Linen, Electricity & Heating

Bed linen and bath towels are provided. However please note you must supply your own beach towel

Electricity is included in the rent as is central heating where provided.

Tenants Obligations

The tenant agrees:

to pay for any loss or damage to property
to take good care of the property and leave it in a clean & tidy condition at departure. ( We reserve the right to charge for extra cleaning if the property is not left in a satisfactory condition)
to permit the owners and their agents reasonable access to the property.
Not to part with possessions of the property, or share it, except with members of the party specified on the booking confirmation.
Not to exceed the total number of people stipulated when booking.

Liability

The owners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience whether to persons or property which the applicant or any other person may suffer or sustain arising out of or in respect of letting.
